I've always wanted to do weight training at the gym but was intimidated by it because I didn't have the slightest clue of where to begin or what to do nor did I have the time to research and plan out a weekly workout. I started training with Adam once a week on and off for 3 months now and noticed myself getting so much stronger BUT NOT BULKY!! My butt, arms, and midsection, just toned up! I also love that I can just pop in for an hour and not have to think about what workout to do, how to set up the equipment, wipe down the equipment before/after, or wait my turn to use any machine/weight. I also am never motivated to workout but Adam makes it exciting and does make me hold myself more accountable. Best investment I've ever made! Highly recommend Adam and his team!
