My air conditioner went out last week the first day of our 4-day Heatwave we had well over 100°. I called a very large company based out of Sacramento and they told me they would be there Monday so I tolerated the heat for 3 days only to be told that they had overbooked and couldn't be out for another 3 days due to the 4th of July holiday they didn't say that but I know that's what it was. I will never use that company again I will never talk good about that company again so I got on the phone and I looked up another company air King heating and air plumbing called them at 11:00 in the morning they said someone would be out at 4:00. Contacted the company to advise the AC went out. Due to an upcoming holiday weekend and such short notice I was skeptical if anyone could show up. Left a message in the morning and a short time later, Bill called back. He understood my concern and drove out to my property a few hours later. He diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly. AC up and running again! Very reasonable rates for everything! Didn't try to up sell anything. Bill is the owner and operator, over 30 years experience. Thank you sir for being professional, prompt and knowledgeable about your craft! If I need repairs in the future I'll call you. Thanks again!
