Water-4-U is a local water store that has been serving the community for many years. The reviews suggest that the quality of the water is consistently excellent, with the business offering a range of alkaline water options using advanced filtration systems. Customers appreciate the reasonable pricing and friendly, helpful service, with the owner and some staff members being particularly praised for their attentiveness and patience in explaining the water options.
However, there have been some concerns raised about the customer service provided by certain employees, who have been described as rude, condescending, and lacking in communication skills. Despite these issues, the overall consensus is that Water-4-U provides a great value and the best alkaline water in the area, making it a reliable choice for those seeking high-quality water.
I have lived down the street from this establishment for a number of years. Since I was 14 to be exact. The quality of the product is never up for debate, from my perspective it’s the men that are rude, condescending, inconsiderate, incompetent, and degrading that effect this particular store. The gentleman who actually owns and runs this store is AMAZING!! And I hope to give him the grace and glory he deserves from this review. Hun his employees are exactly how you all have described.
All Alkaline water is NOT the same and Water 4 U has the BEST Alkaline water anywhere! They use not only an ENAGIC Kangen Alkaline water filter, but more importantly use an in-house reverse osmosis water system which makes ALL the difference in the water quality and taste. I buy 3-5 gallons here weekly at $2 per gallon and it is worth it! Don't believe the lies that you can drink TOO MUCH Alkaline water or that it will go bad because even after 2 weeks, it will STILL be above Alkaline levels. If you have water longer than 2 weeks you are NOT consuming enough water. Come get the BEST Alkaline water from Water 4 U and tell them Dimetrios sent you!
Very attentive servicePatient for explaining all the water dispensers and how the Alkaline water needs to be sealed tightGreat ValueHighly Recommend I got the 3 gallon Filter ("easy" to carry to car)
