The customer service was great as I tried to figure out which curl pattern I needed and if a frontal or closure was better for the look I was trying to achieve! Also, the bundles are fairly priced!

Hair was really nice, but customer service was not a pleasant experience. They act as if they were doing me a favor, and no greeting when entering store, and they don't smile. It made me feel like I was bothering them. I won't go back to the store again, I'll purchase online. This was sad because I was excited to find the store.

My first experience with UNICE I was impressed with the quality of wigs, store cleanliness and the prices! Customer service was top notch! Second experience with even better! Thank you Jay Ahniya for such a wonderful experience! I will be returning for a third time!
