Let me just tell you about Doctor Keron Fields!What a lovely Doctor God has given us. My son is 5yo and Autistic if you are an Autism Parent you know how hard it it to get our kids to stay still during doctors visits and also when they need vaccines. She was patient with my son she was talking to him so sweet and I'm sure he felt comfortable with her because he let her examine him. He was obviously whining because it's something out of his Daily routine but she made sure he felt SAFE. She let me step in whenever he would get overwhelmed and we were able to have him examine fast and with no tantrums. Hours after our appointment she called me with resources about autism and where I could find any more information about something we spoke about during this appointment. She was genuinely doing her job as a Doctor and she gave the extra mile with that phone call that I really appreciated. The staff and the nurse were lovely too and the clinic was clean and everything organized. I have to drive an hour to get there but I wouldn't change it because I know my son is in good hands.
Security is outside which made me feel safe. The front staff is super friendly and welcoming. They even gave me free at-home covid tests. Highly recommend Dr.Francis as she really listened to my health concerns and explained my options and next steps in my health plan.
I had such a great experience at this clinic!!! The front desk employee was warm and attentive. She did well juggling a semi-full lobby. I made an appointment and was seen on time! Dr. Francis was kind and informative. I left feeling seen and heard! Not only were my issues addressed, but the entire staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to meet my needs. I am thankful to finally have primary care that I don't dread. This is the fourth clinic I have tried since moving to SoCal two years ago. The rest have been subpar at best.
