The service is fair at best. I took a green pair of Cole Haan heels and a pair of Manolo Blanik heels to be fixed. The tips needed to be redone on the heels. On the Manolos the black leather had bunched and needed to be cut and relayed. I invest in my shoes and have had experienced shoe repair artists who know how to handle this especially on very pricey shoes. The Cole Haans were just ok and the tip was a bit too big, but I took them as it was not noticeable, but still not a great job. I will never bring my clothes anywhere else. SOO reasonably priced, and Im never dissatisfied by the outcome. They offer a wide variety of services. So convenient! The owner, Sam, is so sweet. It's clear that his customers are important to him. Lovely staff and their name speaks for themselves. Never feel like bringing my clothes in is a chore with the friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

I have been coming to this place for a little over a year now. Everything was good, until my husband brought in a hat to be cleaned. The hat was brand new, only small crumbs on it from a baby. We received the hat back in terrible condition, it completely lost its shape. I brought the hat back and was explaining to the associate my concern. She didn't try to accommodate me at all. She said "Its only $4 if you want to come back when the owner is here, he might give that back to you." She also said they just throw the hats in the washer with all the clothes. I wasn't concerned for the $4, more about the level of customer service. They ruined a $30 hat, and couldn't care less. She didn't try to solve the issues, she talked to me with an annoyed tone and said there was nothing she could do and their hats always come out in bad condition. She added "well it's clean though, right?"
