This could not have gone more smoothly; every detail was handled perfectly.

At the exact time I requested, the truck arrived and unloaded all of the supplies (including the extra items). The machine was clean and all I needed to do was wheel it into the street on the block party day and plug it in. The instructions were simple and the mix was ready and DELICIOUS in 45 minutes.

I'll be looking for additional excuses to order from this company because, in addition to their service being exceptional, I'm craving one of the most delicious frozen margaritas I've ever tasted.

We have used this company for the past 5 Labor Day block parties we have on our street. They have been great, even delivering more mixes when we ran out. The machines are wonderful but they do suck a ton of electricity so if you get two like we do, they need to be on separate circuits. Do not know what issues the other reviewers had but we are long term customers and love this company. Great customer service.
