Cesar and his Son are great guys. My company used M&Sons multiple times because they were so easy to book the service in advance. Prices was reasonable. They responded quickly and gave me estimated price and charged exactly that much. Nothing extra. These guys could clean up and haul away any debris or junks very fast. They follow and pay attention to details of exactly what they are told. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.Services: Trash removal & disposal

Based on photos I sent I received a price on hauling a load of materials from my studio. The guys arrived exactly on time and were totally pleasant, accommodating and hard at it throughout the few hours spent. I couldn't have asked for better workers! However, after loading a few of the items in their truck, I was informed that the price would double. Cesar, the father, said the load looked like only a half truckload from the photos I sent but now looked like it was going to be a full load. Which indeed it was. That made it VERY pricey! Cesar and his team were well prepared to take on our 4200sf demolition project that included the removal of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior partitions, and reinforced masonry walls. Their pricing is fair and was established prior to starting the work. At the end of the job, the bill ended up being lower than their estimate, despite them taking on some additional unexpected scope!
