Walked in the door and was greeted immediately with professionalism. I appreciated the pricing right at the door so I could make an informed decision regarding my service. The pricing seemed normal compared to competition. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. My nail tech Don was very gentle, I dozed off during the service as there was no painful sawing at my fingers with the emery board or unnecessary roughness to my hands. Don was very attentive to his work, offered good recommendations when I was unsure about something and he made sure I was satisfied with his work after he completed. It was overall a great experience.

First time there in a long time. The tech did a beautiful job ? Went back for a fill the original tech wasn't in, and I allowed another tech to do my nails. After examining my nails (with my glasses on), the next day, I noticed an awful lot of imperfections. ?I contacted the salon and spoke with the manager, who told me when the original tech would be in and said that they would make the necessary corrections at no charge. I really appreciate excellent customer service. And by the way, my nails are absolutely gorgeous now! ?
