About LA Fitness
LA Fitness is a well-equipped gym that offers a range of amenities, including a Jacuzzi, sauna, and a large variety of cardio machines like treadmills, ellipticals, stair runners, and cycling equipment, which are usually available without long waits. The main workout area is spacious and has many machines, making it suitable for those focused on training. The gym also features a moderately sized aerobics room and a spa, with the washrooms kept clean at all times. However, some drawbacks include the lack of free weights, as they are often hogged by many members, and the absence of punching bags and a pool, despite some photos suggesting otherwise. The facility is generally well-maintained, but it could improve by increasing the availability of free weights and addressing equipment congestion. Overall, it is a solid gym for those seeking reliable equipment and essential amenities.
Not a very clean location. A lot of the machines are broken or wrapped with tape. If a machine breaks, they just put tape on it, which is ridiculous because when you go to other locations, you don't have this, and the machines are old. Why is this the case? When I spoke to the management team, they just said Yeah, many people are complaining.
This gym offers a no-frills, straightforward workout environment. The main area is spacious and well-equipped with a wide range of machines, complemented by a moderately sized aerobics room.
As with my usual reviews, here’s a breakdown of the amenities:

Worked out for a month. Weight and dumbbells are always busy as there are very few dumbbells on the rack.
Many cardio machines including treadmill, eleptical, stair runner, cycling are available in large quantities so they're always free to grab.
SPA is a good inclusion.
The washrooms are always clean.
