My son walked in like this and walked out like that ....He had his locs removed/taking out and it was a PROCESS shout out to Japhia(the stylist) she removed my baby hair and he said she was so kind and patient mind u it took 2 1/2 days and we went back for the braids. The process was long I think 10hrs first day & I say 19hrs second day it's goes off how long u can sit (Yu have to have patience). Not sure u can see she saved a lot of his hair during the take down process. Courtney did such a beautiful job on my hair! The atmosphere was fun, customer service was onpoint and we literally spent the appointmenttalking and watching Beauty in Black 😂 I alsoappreciated that they focus on hair integrity andnot just the style itself.

Tonisha was very detailed and took her time. My scalp feels clean and healthy and my braids arestill full and neat days later. Tara and the team educated me on protecting myreal hair and maintaining healthy growth under protective styles.
