We called for advise on our DoorKing unit. We have had our intercom unit since 1980 and we were having problems programming new numbers. Henry Monraz from Door King came to give us advise and he did a fantastic job. He walked us through the steps to reprogram the new numbers needed and offer to assist us if we needed anything else. I am a president of a HOA. I work a full time job and managing the HOA is extremely time consuming. I spend a ton of time on the phone with various entities working hard to keep our association working smoothly. Over the weekend we had some issues with our gate so today I called into the consumer division of Door King Inc. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mr. EKPO. Please hear me when I tell you I have spoken to some bad customer service people in my time, hair pulling, confusing make you wanna cry kind of experiences. I waited 90 days before writing a review on our gate opener the DK 21 12. I wanted to get some time under my belt. This is the third DK opener that I have had in the last 30 years. The second one was installed only because the first one had succumb to a massive electrical spike provided by the City Of Riverside to our home hence the second opener, which lasted us 15 years before it started to tire.
