I can't say enough good things about Computer Concepts and the owner, Adi! I initially took my Epson HOME CINEMA 4010 projector to another repair shop (Ashton Electronics), and unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed, and I was significantly overcharged. My gut feeling told me something wasn’t right. I rejected the quote, paid the diagnostic fee and picked up my unit. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and came to Computer Concepts after that.

I needed a new filter cover for my Epson projector and Adi was able to get the part quickly and at a fair price. Other authorized repair shops wanted to charge an exorbitant price.
Computer Concepts was fair, friendly and approachable. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

We had our Epson projector circuit board burn out and Adi was great! He helped me get connected with Epson and set up the repair order, a few weeks later projector was back and fixed and running like new! Adi had great customer service and explained the entire process of repairs and it went exactly how he said. Thank you
