Bill is a very professional nail artist. He is a perfectionist who isn’t afraid of trying new things, or providing whatever the client wants (if he can do it). His employees are also incredibly sweet and very respectful. They offer drinks and comfort, and the environment is clean. They offer music as well for slight background noise. One thing that I’d like to add as well has to be parking. There is a lot of parking spaces.Cleanliness: The place is really well taken care of with plenty of colors to choose from. Oh, and the chairs have a built in massage where you can choose whatever setting(s) you’d like to add.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS! The vibe is very relaxing and quiet. My nails are always on point literally & physically. Bill pays great attention to detail. I go in to get a full set but since he's so detailed I get a manicure. He harbors a friendly environment for his customers. They offer spa pedicures and all the staff are welcoming. I've been a loyal customer & would definitely recommend.
