We exchanged a few text and definately sent the right tow truck. The driver wish I apologize I dont remember his name was also very pleasant. He explain what he was doing as he loaded the truck on to the flatbed tow truck. The vehicle got to the location with no problems. We really really appreciate the excellent professional service your company provides.
