Our water heater went out so we called Hot Water Heaters Now. A nice lady answered and transferred us to Greg. Greg knows water heaters inside and out. More impressive is he can navigate warranties, manufacturer part numbers, and home warranty policies. Thanks Hot Water Heaters Now and I hope I don't have to call for another 15 years!
