Best laundromat in IB. The night shift guy, Billy is super helpful and nice when my quarters got stuck in the dryer. He stopped what he was doing and helped me get my quarters and back to laundry. I love this place.

Palm laundry is the best laundromat in all of Imperial Beach. I do my laundry there all the time and the men and women who work there during the day are extraordinarily nice. This laundromat is extremely clean. All of the washers every single night get washed down by antibacterial spray so no germs or anything could be spread. I don't know of any of the laundromat that does this. They also have decent hours but the one problem is it says that it's open till 10:30 but your last load of clothes has to go in before 10:00 and if you do the math and you put it in at 9:45 p.m. your clothes will not be dry by 10:30. I do my laundry here at least once a week. sometimes I use the drop off service. the machines are clean and most of them work all the time (unlike most laundromats). the prices are the same as AB up the street but what brings me back is the people. dawn, Laura, rojelia and rob are awesome. cool people that take their jobs but not themselves seriously. I may never fix my washer.
