STORY TIME! One evening at about 10:00pm I started my laundry. As my washer was draining, smelly sewage water started filling up my bathtub. My husband is deployed so i started to panic because I have never experienced a plumbing emergency before. I called my landlord and he told me this issue is the tenants problem. After a quick FB post asking for plumbers in my area, Genesis Plumbing was recommended. So I called and Carlos was so nice. He assured me everything was going to be okay and he decided to come take a look at the problem within 15 mins of that phone call. He knew exactly what the issue was after coming here. Also being a female in her 20s, alone, with a stranger at 10:00pm, i felt extremely safe around Carlos. He was very respectful and professional. He scheduled one of his guys (Mario) to come out the next morning at 8:00am to snake the main drain. Within 12 hours of making that initial phone call to Genesis at 10:00pm, my drains were fixed and for an affordable price. My experience was very pleasant with Genesis Plumbing.
