Called..diconnected/ drove to location..parked in back of store / sign said " Open"..door ajar. called " Hello"..answer.. "no one here".. heavy accent. I explained " ad..foot message"???..answer.." no foot message".. Person. who I could not see..sounded nervous and uncomfortable./ Sorry to guve bad revuew..but. what is going on here..? TERRIBLE customer service. I called to make an appointment for 5pm for 2 people. I get there and confirm with her the price of $50 for a full body massage, LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.The front lady says "no, it's $60". I show her the website and she says "idk, idk, idk" And THEN she tells me my appointment doesn't exist. Like wtf...
