i specifically asked just to have cleaned up eyebrows.. and clarified that i didn't want any type of shaping. she completely changed the shape of my eyebrow while simultaneously making one incredibly thinner than the other. thanks to the lady ignoring my requests, i now look insane with different eyebrows!!
I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. They were kinda busy so I waited a whole hour just to be told they don't do wax. However they have eyebrow waxing on their menu. Waste of time!
