Very unprofessional staff. Have been calling for the last 6 months for appointment for lab follow up and no call back, have been calling for the past 2 month for prescription refill and it takes 1 hr for customer support to tell me they need appointment to see me. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares for their love ones.

I use to go to this office and only left because I had a hard time getting the OB/GYN in the same office since I was pregnant, once my pregnancy was over, decided to come back. I use to love the service and doctors. Now, not so much, mainly the nurses. They are so rude. I even referred my mom here and due to the issues we have came across for her this is now making us leave Optum. Going back to the other medical location I was going to, only reason I didn't stay was the distance but rather get good service than crappy one.

Dr. Gonzalez is amazing, he always listen to what I have to say, the only negative are the nurses they are so rude, not professional at all, I was happy when Alma used to be Dr. Gonzalez nurse but they changed her. All the MA's should have a training on how to be nice and professional at work.
