Great as a last resort. Purchased 1 ticket to CBX this month. Very stressful and unreliable information. At the end of day, it worked out but after much stress and somewhat unprofessional exchange with the company. Customer service felt off as if they were working from home and they didn't really expect anyone to call. They didn't have clear schedules for the routes and asked me to call back several times over a 2-day period. It was Awkard from the initial call to the pick-up time as I was frantically confirming if the bus was still coming after waiting 30 minutes past the agreed upon pick up time. The pick-up location was strange and unsafe. Do not understand why they don't have contracts with reputable and safer pick up locations. However, like I said, it worked out, Bus eventually arrived. Ride was comfortable, bus was clean. BUT...Driver did not load baggage. We had to do it ourselves.
