I'm trying to call at 11:45 because if my work schedule.... won't answer the phone. You don't close for lunch until 12. Change your hours on line then. Yout people just Hung up on me 5 times. No answer. Just disconnected.
*called again today. 1st one, hung up on me. Second one she was talking about being seen for something on my elbow. What?! I asked her what but she was talking, maybe to another person? Anyhow... I think I'm done here. I can go out of town. I'm 50 and have arthritis and asked her if she could write a note saying my heavy lifting at work should be limited and she refused. From the front desk staff to everyone we communicated and came in contact with at this office was such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so kind, professional, and the doctor really took the time to listen to all concerns without rushing. So thankful for this place.

Best human beings on Earth. Honestly changed my life for the better. Very understanding and caring group of people. I've been to other health care groups and it felt we weren't going anywhere with my illness. Hollister Family Medicine provided options for me to move forward with treating me.
