“I am an active 50+ year old. But in my 40ties, my body started to turn on me. I had various back pains, hamstring, and neck pain + for the last 2 winters major inflammation of the elbow tendon (+ tear). There were days that I had to do yoga morning and night to be functional. I got recommendation for Nancy just after my back pain stopped me from playing volleyball again. She worked on me about 2h. I have no idea what she did, but I felt fine after and went swimming.
