Jeffrey is always responsive, courteous and helpful. One recent example is when I traded in our old car for a new one. I informed Jeffrey late in the day of the trade in by email. That same day, Jeffrey replied to us that he had set up the new policy, removed the old one and sent information that helped us reduce the cost of insurance.
