My husband needed a shirt dry cleaned for an event on short notice, and not only was it completed ahead of schedule, but the owner personally called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
I’ve also brought in several clothing items for alterations, and the owner has never disappointed. The work is always done correctly, completed quickly, and ready by or before the promised date. What I appreciate most is that if an adjustment is needed after I try something on, she is happy to make changes without any hassle and truly wants her customers to be happy with the final result.
