Went to my appointment with Dr.Rauch for a free consultation. Wanted to get a second opinion on some major dental work I’ll be needing. His assistant that helped me with my paperwork was very friendly. She explained how the scan would go of my teeth and made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Rauch also made me feel very comfortable when explaining the X-rays to me. I have a major decision to make and did not feel pressured at all. Friendly and personable. Dental nurse is knowledgeable. Dr. Tim did such a good job with administering numbing before the treatment for a crown that I didn’t have any pain. Had to go in for a tooth adjustment afterwards. Dental nurse is good at keeping me aware and what to look out for regarding tooth condition after treatment. Secretary is very accommodating for the rescheduling. I feel at home and comfortable with this dentistry as everyone is friendly and down to earth. I recommend Tim Rauch DDS dentistry.
