Have always had great service provided here. Only thing i didnt like was the doc had his personal dogs barking non stop in his office area during the entire process of the appointment which was right next to where my cat was being looked at. Also made some comments about cats to us that didnt sit well with us.

Recently visited them to have our very, very old & beloved pet evaluated, and ultimately put down. The office was clean, the staff was compassionate and kind, and most importantly, the vet really listened to our wants/needs and allowed me the space to make decisions for myself and not ones that felt pressured. We had been making calls to other clinics for weeks with no success in getting appointments (or even messages returned); It was a breath of fresh air to, not only have someone actually answer the phone, but have someone make real time to see us even with a jam-packed day. Dr. Wilson and staff have been THE most wonderful care givers to our family animals. We have been going there since 1996. But, it's with a heavy heart today that I learned the Animal Hospital of Hollister has closed its doors permanently as of July 19, 2021. We wish Dr. Wilson and the staff all the best in these difficult times. Thank you for the consistently superb care you have given to our community.
