In August 2020 the water line from the toilet to the wall broke because of the plastic end that was attached to the toilet tank. Lesson for the day, only buy toilet lines from the toilet to the wall that are all metal on both ends. A bathroom, service porch, kitchen,, half the living room of the house was under water. We filed a claim with the insurance company starting in September and Servicemaster's came out and did the demolition on the house. In September-October were still negotiating with insurance company on payment. Robert at Tomes Builders was recommended by the insurance company referral program. Robert G. came out and gave us an estimate on repairing the house. We threw in a countertop change for the bathroom sink tile, and a flooring change while they were repairing the house. They were very congenial about changing the work adjustment in midstream. By November 08, 2020, work on the house was completed. The new flooring, drywall, new paint, trim work, and bathroom tile work came out excellent. The work repair came at a level of A+. G.C. Maine
