Very courteous and fast service. I had an extended warranty on my washing machine through Lowe's. The warranty company quoted me a date for service, but I called the repair company, R&K Appliances, and they got me in sooner. Even though it was an extended warranty they worked extra hard to get the parts in so my washer could be fixed sooner. Kudos to Jonathan for his professionalism and clean, speedy work! We will definitely call them if we have any appliance problems.
R&K was the service provider that my home warranty scheduled to do a repair on my double wall oven. Appointment was scheduled & had what appeared to be a "no show". Called R&K direct & found that they never received contact from warranty company (Sears Cinch) to schedule the job. They scheduled for appt w/in week as they were doing out of town jobs that week. John showed up ready to work, very professional, determined the problem, ordered the part which arrived within a week. Sears/Cinch scheduled R&K to come back out to install within 2 days. I own a 32 year old SubZero refrigerator/freezer. Richard K is the ONLY person I would ever let touch it. He has serviced it, replaced large components and has always done his best for us. He just put a new compressor into the freezer. It's running like a charm. He and Johnny had to pull that 700lb fridg out to weld something underneath it. They did a fabulous job. Not only that, he has replaced our dishwasher, microwave/oven and garbage disposal. He has helped us for the past 20 years at least. I Highly recommend R&K Appliance.
