Richard was a great plumber. He came with his assistance, gave me all the options and gave me time to think it over. Explain some options that are best for my situation, and I felt confident with my decision. My experience started a little wobbly. Scheduled my appointment for Tuesday am, but was bumped to Wednesday.
Wednesday service however was phenomenal. Service technicians came as scheduled for AC service tune up. Our system requires repairs. In the meantime, we have been offered a portable cooler while estimates are drawn up for both repairs, or complete system replacement. Very satisfied at this point. Offsets the disappointment in the service call delay.
