I wholeheartedly believe that at the end of the day, “customer service” is their main goal. They worked within our budget after plan adjustments and gave us the backyard of our dreams. Like many projects, there were minor hiccups between A and Z but it was a smooth process nonetheless. Monarch was very accommodating and generous. The men who worked in our yard from the designer all the way to the workers have amazing professional attitude and you can tell they love what they do. 5 stars overall! Freddie is very professional and communicates well. I got a few quotes and he was the cheapest. I honestly wasn’t looking for cheap I was looking for the best quality. With Monarch you get both. Juan and a crew of 6-7 people came by and knocked out my backyard. The crew worked so well together and it was a privilege to watch them work. Couldn’t be happier with the work that was done.
