I made an appointment for Saturday, 1/10 at 9:00am. I was asked on Friday if we could move my appointment to Sunday. Even though it was an inconvenience I agreed because I don’t live in a very convenient area for a mobile anything. I confirmed that my appointment would be at the same time (9:00am) just on Sunday, 1/11 and he said yes. Come Sunday I move all my vehicles out of the way and clean out the car, then I wait. Around 9:18 still no one showed up. I reached out asking if they are still coming and was told that he was 20 minutes away. I canceled my appointment due to having to use my car by a certain time. When I called I said that I wanted a good detail on the inside and mentioned how My headliner also had a couple pen marks and how it needed to be cleaned And that I only wanted a basic wash on the outside so they quoted me at 175$When the guy got the I lifted my seats to make sure he could see all the gunk that needed to be cleaned off …… as you can see it was just vacuumed and left there . I could’ve done a better job if I would’ve put the time he did Into cleaning my own car. The headliner wasn’t touched ….I messaged who ever I made the appointment with and sent them pictures and they didn’t get back to me.
