I absolutely love High Desert Carpet Cleaning!! Francisco is hands down the best!! He knows what he’s doing and only uses the best products that make your house smell amazing!! I recently got a new puppy and unfortunately she peed in the house and it started to smell like urine which was driving me crazy! I called him last minute and he was able to fit me in right away. After Everything was done we had one area that just wouldn’t dry fast. So he came back the next day on his day off to make sure it was fixed! He gave us a fan to borrow to have it dry faster since we have kids and it’s in an area where we all walk. While he was here. We ask him how much it be to clean our couch and was going to make an appointment but he said he do it now. Really? On your day off? 🙌 He truly is amazing! This is someone who loves his job and does anything to please his customers. If your looking for someone who’s reliable, honest and very professional then, Francisco is who you need to call. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!! Thank you Francisco!! We definitely will be calling you when we need our carpet cleaned again!!
Let’s just say- that if I could give this Family business 10 stars, I would! This is our second year in a row, booking them before family visits for the holidays, and they never disappoint. Couches are spotless and so are the carpets. I will only continue to give them our business, we love them.
