I started at this facility about 5 years ago. I had to leave for a bit due to personal circumstances. Upon my return I was broken. Life had thrown me some curve balls that I could not stand up to. I had a newborn baby and was in desperate need of some rebuilding. The folks here not only welcomed me back with open arms, but were so patient and caring as I began my new transition. Getting into the swing of things was not easy for me. But I am forever thankful to them. They created an environment where I could find the best version of myself which also carried out into my daily life. As well as my daughters. I had no support at home, and my only family lived far away. The coaches created a support system from the caring clients at this gym. Looking back now there is really no way I would be where I am now without their help. I consider High Definition Fitness to be a part of my family as they treat each of their clients as such. I can not recommend their facility highly enough. 5 stars hands down. They will change your life
Joining High Definition Fitness has been the best decision I have made for myself.... Honestly, I have benefited from joining in all areas of my life. So grateful for my coaches, they truly share their passion and knowledge with others.
If I could give more stars, I would. Finding a proper CrossFit box is extremely important. It's not just about locating the perfect box, it's finding the box for you. Crossfit High Definition (HiDef) is nothing less than amazing. I've never seen such a diverse group of people who have made this box their home. First off, the location: right by the freeway, and easy access from anywhere in the high desert. The gym is very clean! The layout is wonderful. With high ceilings, ability to do the rope climbs, wall balls, ring rows. Etc. Ample amount of racks, jump ropes for different heights, kettle bells, Dumbbells, row machines, mobilization tools and so much more, for limitless varied workouts. All listed in great condition, and are cleaned often. There are children play rooms to keep the little ones occupied. The welcoming positive attitude of the coaches, AND the members is inspirational. It has a family oriented vibe with nothing but great energy. The owners/coaches are absolutely the best for many reasons. They are motivational, set great examples, and overall actually care about your progress and wellbeing. They bring out the fire and resilience in people. I feel comfortable taking any of classes because ALL of the coaches are great. I feel confident and trust their coaching and advice. They have many certs and experience to back them up (The extremely low injury rate is the proof of their excellent coaching and watchful eyes on individuals). Matter of fact, I had been a member since July 2013, and had not seen one injury during workouts. They can perform all movements, AND how to teach others, at any level. Also, they stress on good eating habits, and overall healthy lifestyle, in which they will help in programming. There are many classes a day, designed to fit the needs of different schedules! This is big. They have foundation, regular WODs, weightlifting, person training, and even MOBILITY! Wait, I think they have a CrossFit kids as well. Also, there are also weekend WODs that take us outside the box, Such as paddleboarding in big bear, hikes, etc. This box is big on charity wods that give back. When a member joins a competition, you better believe there are other members that drive miles to support them. I had been at this box from july 2013 until April 2015, and so bummed I cannot attend classes there anymore because I moved. I was out for 6-8 months due to a tailbone injury (on vacation). From the beginning, I loved everything about HiDef. To the coaches, members, range of workouts, and the actual box itself. Crossfit Hidef has made a huge impact on my physical and mental well being, and will forever be grateful of this place. I still consider it my home box.
