I want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Ahmed for showing such kindness and compassion on 2/19/24 when my children and I had to make the heart wrenching decision to let our Ali girl go. He had a candle lit and a cute little angel dog statue there beside her. And afterward offered us a comforting hug, kind words and thanked us for making the right choice for her. I've only had to end suffering for a pet once before about 25 years ago and it was no where near such an experience. It definitely didn't feel like just business as usual here at Hesperia Animal Hospital. Thank you!

In late July 2023 my 16lb chihuahua needed emergency care. What I thought was a anal gland problem was much more. What was small the day before that morning was tearfully Huge lump that left my little C.J unable to move. I Called many animal hospital around my area no one would see him without an appointment until I called Hesperia animal hospital they told me to come in that day. C.j was seen by Dr Ballesteros he told me he would know more when he cut him open. The only reason I come to this location is because of the professionalism of Dr. Ballesteros who saved my puppie's life and the great staff the office has. Dr. Ahmed who probably owns this practice seems like he can care less for the health of your beloved pet and just cares about making money. He gives you that stare blank look when you ask questions and is quick to cut the conversation (no personality what's so ever)He needs to learn how to communicate with customers since he wants to charge a leg and an arm.The five stars goes to Dr. Ballesteros who genuinely seems like a great caring doctor.
