Green Valley did an absolutely outstanding job on our backyard. The transformation is incredible — clean, polished, beautifully finished, and exactly the kind of space we wanted to spend time in. I purchased a new higher end home in Apple Valley, I spoke to Juan Sr. Great guy, we shared similar business views, as I’m doing my home work,
I wanted to find a professional company that could accomplish my vision that I had for my backyard. I went with green valley as a friend had just done his backyard with them and he was happy. I can say so far my experience with Juan Sr and JR have been great. My project is nearing its completion and I will keep everyone posted on quality and craftsmanship. The details that have arisen as with any large project have been discussed and will be addressed. I will post an update once project is finished and will post a 1year review.
Warning - They look good on social media, but they really have a lot of quality control problems.
Expect to get ghosted over and over when you ask for help with corrections.
Our list of corrections is incredibly long and there's no need to air out all of the dirty laundry at this point, but it's important to point out that it's been far from a good experience in having them handle a very expensive project.
Nearly 2-1/2 years of dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustrations and we are roughly a year into trying to get an important repair addressed.
