Heidi is the absolute best! She's done wonders fixing my dried out, over box colored hair. I love her honesty & flair. And her flexibility makes scheduling an appointment easy peasy! She has definitely brought my hair back to life
I've been coming here for at least a year now and been getting services from Yana. Yana at first interaction may come across as rude because of her tone of voice, but I will assure you she's the nicest person. She might come across as rude because she does not sugar coat what she says. I like her professionalism. She is honest and will inform you straight up if the color you want is doable or not. Yana will not just color your hair for money, she cares about the health of your hair, so if you want your black hair to become golden or blond (lifted so much) during your first session, then you are at the wrong salon. There is a process for that and you must trust the process. She also gives you advice and tips on how to care for your hair. With every session, I always learned something about hair (not only hair, other topics too). I enjoyed my conversations with her as they are intellectual. I love my hair. She listens to my requests. Overall, I finally got the color I want, that's after at least two sessions with her. At the third session, I could already see the color I have been wanting, it perfect but on the way. On my fourth session, I was truly happy. By the way, make sure to wear something warm in the winter because this place has high ceiling, meaning even with heater on, it will still be cold (well I'm always cold but it's good to have layers) - remember, hot air stays up.
Yana is a goddess! There's nothing she can't do. I've been going to her for about 6 months now and she has created magic every-time. Having bi racial hair, it's difficult finding stylist who specialize in all hair types but yana did not disappoint.
