A very nice and "glamorous" looking place, but also expensive too, even with great Government VSP Insurance coverage. Three permanent receptionists monitoring the front desks and multiple examinations rooms, but only one attendant doctor per day on rotation. I suspect that it's a resident doctors' training facility and not a boutique facility that they are trying to give patients the illusion of. Optics are everything and your first and last instincts or impressions as a new customer.

My family and I have been patients here for many years and love Dr. Milner and his staff! Their optician, Vidi, is amazing! Vidi is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She always understands what I'm looking for and is so kind in helping me pick frames (which takes me two trips sometimes so her patience is amazing lol) and is great at explaining why certain frames will or won't work with progressive lenses for your face shape. I never feel rushed with Vidi and feel like I'm talking with an old friend. She also answers all my insurance questions in a way that's clear and easy to understand. She is an absolute doll and is the cherry on top of a great optometry office.

Recently picked up new glasses, and after a couple of days, realized that the fit of the frames and angle of the lenses just wasn't quite right. Thought I might be being too picky, but the optometrist agreed. In a matter of minutes she had everything fitted and adjusted to perfection. I am always futzing with my glasses, but I haven't felt the need to touch them since she fixed me up. I am ashamed to say I did not get her name. Have been going to this office for at least 20 years, and this is one more example of the great people and service. I am grateful for their care. Thank you!
