I called them, made a payment via Venmo right the way and the lady sent me a message saying that my spot was taken by someone else, knowing this was a confusion I called her to verify what had happened. She clearly got confused and did not tried to accommodate me or apologize; instead she offered me to refund the money and hanged up the phone. She also said that people who have packages have priority over everybody else even knowing I made the payment ahead of time. BAD BUSINESS, BE AWARE!there are other Brazilians who do great work in the Bay Area.

I'm so glad I found Fernanda and her wonderful staff! I started with lymphatic massages, which are great by the way. Now, I've added on emsculpt and coolsculpting and seeing amazing results. I leave feeling extremely satisfied with my services and the atmosphere and vibes are always pleasant!

Fantastic experience. Fernanda gives me the best massage. She understands the body and you really feel that through your experience with her. She flushed and drained me of the toxins and I felt leaner after the massage. Highly recommend!
