I hired Ed to install a thermostat that I thought was broken. His communication was very responsive and he was available on short notice. He arrived wearing a mask. He spent quite some time trouble shooting the issue, explaining what he was doing. At the end of the process the problem was not the thermostat after all but rather a broken screw-in fuse. Billing and payment was quick and easy. I will definitely be giving him a call for my next handyman issue.

We would recommend Ed every time. We bought a brand new GE refrigerator, got it home and into the house. It was a display model and the guy helping us was supposed to take it out of demo mode. He didn’t and the store we bought it from closed at 5pm. We called GE and they informed us that all of their techs were gone for the weekend. Come on, multimillion dollar corporation and no tech help?!? We started to panic because our food was in coolers and we needed that new fridge to work. We found Ed. He saved the day!!
