Like another reviewer, I had been getting my hair cut at another business for more than 10 years. I called one day to make an appointment with Song only to find out she wasn't working there any longer, and no, they didn't know where she was now. Hmmm... Some quick sleuthing led me to 1581 Salon and ah! Satisfaction. I usually don't Yelp my super favorite businesses for fear it will get too crowded but not so here. Song has been cutting my hair for more than 14 year and I look forward many more years of fresh cuts. Becoming Song's client was a serendipitous occurrence. Great vibe in this shop. I have been going to the other shop in the center when I realized my favorite barber Song wasn't there anymore. So I took a chance and lo and behold there she was. The vibe was fun good music. Lots of full chairs and professional barbers doing their thing. I look forward to having 1581 Salon & Barbershop as my go to in the future.

Summer hair aka lots of exposure to sun, elements, hot tools and bleachy highlights. I had an appointment with Rafrealle who gave me a Brazilian moisturizer treatment and a fun volumizer. On time, clean, and worth it
