Absolutely the worst location on this planet Incident time/date: 10:30am 1/31 Wife schedules appointment through our insurance provider weeks ahead just to arrive and get treated horribly Front desk attendants were unprofessional & terrible human beings How dare they kick my wife out in the manner that they did Virtual card on hand and policy number able to be accepted otherwise how was the appointment created Never recommend this location ever the staff needs education on how to provide quality customer service Whether they accept virtual insurance cards or not there is no excuse for the disrespect they portrayed I myself tried to get an appointment at this establishment but was told beforehand they do not perform eye examinations Me and my wife are taking our business elsewhere Highly recommend corporate review this practice

the vision center located in Hemet on Sanderson and Stetson... worst experience I have ever had. the women who work in the part where you select your glasses were horrible. beyond rude and mean. heather.. is her name, terrible customer service and has the worst attitude. I called during the week to see if my glasses were available and she was extremely disrespectful and nasty. 10/10 do not recommend going there. go to another center.

Dr. said my new glasses are weaker than my old glasses. How does your vision get better. Test was done quickly and poorly he showed me 8 slides of a bunch of letters and ask which one I could see better. Was not happy
