I spilled coffee on my desktop and fried the board. I was using my laptop, but needed some data off my drive. I saw this place when I was in the shopping center for something else and went in on a whim. I was on an appointment-only day, but he saw me, opened up the door, and asked if he could help. He sold me a drive docking bay for a reasonable price that worked perfectly and let me get what I needed off the drive. He was super friendly and helpful.

I may end up replacing the desktop and will see him first for parts. It's nice having a local place where I can buy computer components instead of having to wait for online deliveries.

The phone system is wild with tons and tons of options to jump through. It never rings directly as Troy (owner). He gets inundated with calls and things they don't fix. I spoke to Troy and he said to come in so I can show him my laptop monitor as it was damaged. He called me later that day with a quote. It took two weeks for him to get the part as one company had it and then became backordered. The communication from Troy could have been much better through email, call or even text. My screen took 4 weeks and he missed a few deadlines. But when you see him in person he is nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. He is very knowledgeable about this craft. I do suggest his service and the price was reasonable.

These guys helped me out when I put together a new PC build but couldn't get it to post. They figured out I bought a poor quality power supply and replaced it, got everything up and running including installing windows, hooking up an extra SSD I didn't have a cable for, and also went through some painstaking troubleshooting for my new motherboard that had issues with seeing the nvme drives I had installed.Amazing service, and barely charged me for labor, the majority of my bill was for the new power supply. Now I just gotta send the old one back to Newegg to get my money back.Highly recommended! I will return in the future with any issues I encounter.
