Jose was so helpful and polite. The customer service provided was excellent. More people should provide the excellent service that he provides, he's the reason why we keep coming back.

Great service! Jose such a hard worker. I’m glad they hired him , my 2011 Silverado comes out nice and clean. Jose even offered to put tire shine on my tires . I only wash here for now on , not a fan of the other washes in town . Ask them about their coupons and memberships for sure!

Just had an amazing experience at shine city car wash! Joel took care of me and my Camaro 2014 right away. He ran over and assisted us at the cash/credit card machine and directed me to the complimentary vacuum area (when you purchase a wash), and made sure our car was safe with a roof rack on it going through the car wash. He is super friendly and has great energy and great customer service skills. My car came out looking new and clean. This is the first time Thank you Joel -—
