Been a patient here for a couple years which when I made my last appointment the office Staff never bothered to look up on their computer. I made the last appt in person at the Hemet office. The girl handed me the Reminder Card with no location checked off for a Date 2 months away and I think , okay they are short on Dr.'s (they keep quitting) no issue. I get to my Appt AT THE HEMET OFFICE and the Lady tells me "Your Appointment is in menifee" NO I made it for Hemet. When the woman called me to remind me of the Appt I could HERE her chewing her food while talking to me (DISGUSTING AND RUDE). she mistakenly calls me a new patient I told her I wasn't. Not once did she mention Menifee. If she had I would have cancelled the Appt.you couldn't pay me to go back to that place. 2 months I waited. She offers to make another appt she must be out of her mindsorry I have other Med Appts

Well, let me join the ranks of one-star reviewers! I am sitting at home with a bandage that has not had a nurse to check it for the last 6 days. My husband has been telephoning them for days, but no one EVER calls back or does anything.Dr. Ponce prescribed a nurse three times a week and a ten-day regimen of antibiotic shots for my open leg wound. So far, I haven't seen a nurse since last Thursday, and today, we are again getting gaffed off by the staff. Of course, I have NEVER received a single antibiotic injection. I have been attempting to re-dress the wound myself, but I am not a nurse.
