Hemet Optometric Center

Hemet Optometric Center provides efficient and knowledgeable service for eye exams and glasses. Dr. Simpson is thorough and has a good "bedside manner," easily explaining eye examination results. However, some customers have found the staff to be less than friendly, with rudeness reported especially from certain employees. A simple smile and better customer service skills are suggested for improvement. Despite this, the optical department is efficient and helpful. Maricela is noted as an exception, providing excellent service. It is hoped that other staff will follow her example to enhance the overall customer experience.
