Glamour Cut

I have been taking my mom to that salon for over two years. My moms hair is short, above the shoulder and is salt and pepper in color. She washed her hair prior to going to get it cut because her back is hurting and getting in the shampoo chair hurts, so no shampooing was done. She got the same cut, and blow dry she has been getting for years. No shampoo, or color, no layers or anything extra and she charged me $65.00. Double what we just payed two months ago. Not sure why she did that but I will not be taking her their again.

Went to get highlights she style my hair wasn't noticeable got home terrible job all patchy went back next day try to fix it a Lil better but looks bad i have to go to another salon to get this done right never again

Si no es una es la otra que siempre hay emergencias cuando le toca a uno su cita. --------- There is a reason I stop coming to this location. Their service is horrible and not reliable. My mother and siblings have decided to continue coming here but lately all their appointments seem to have an "emergency" or they forgot. They do not have the courtesy to call and inform the customer. Customer finds out when they arrive to their appointment.
