Can't give a high enough rating! the customer service was off the charts beginning with flooring selection (they were familiar with some nobody else carried), coming out to the house with samples, great price! i was arranging it all for my elderly mother and they patiently answered questions from multiple family members, installed quickly, protected the floor after install so other trades wouldn't scratch, etc etc. They're trustworthy, polite, knowledgeable and CAREFUL with your stuff. went over and above all my expectations and my mom is ecstatic over the job they did. Will definitely use them again! Thank you Austin and Doug!!!
