“I originally had Ferguson do our whole house's flooring before we moved in and just over a year later we had a water leak that required us to rip out the bathroom floor and a little corner in the guest room.

I got in contact with Ferguson and as soon as they came out to do the estimate, he remembered the house and got us scheduled in quickly. They took care of purchasing the tiles we wanted from Lowes and brought extra flooring for the guest room floor.

Garett did a great job on everything. He was quick, polite, and was even able to help remove the remaining bits of the vanity and dispose of it for me. You can tell that everything was done with care.

I would highly recommend this team for any flooring jobs, no matter how big or small, because they have proved they do all jobs with care!“

“Look no further! We always get at least 3 estimates when getting work done. We also wanted to support a local business, since in the past the “Big Box” store install experiences were just so-so. I stumbled upon Tile 4 Less with a simple Google search. The reviews and photos were good, so I added them to the list. After visiting the store, we liked the fact that “family owned” was literal, since the owner (Jeff) has his daughter running the showroom, with her little ones in tow too. So cute! After meeting Jeff for the estimate, we felt pretty good but worried about the price because his materials and his design suggestions sounded like they would be above our budget. Turns out they were right on target with the other estimates too, and even less than one of them. What sealed the deal was one of the other competing estimate guys actually said that Jeff was the best in the business! I also ended up asking around with friends and acquaintances, and 3 of them vouched for Jeff as well. He’s clearly well known for all the right reasons.
We are EXTREMELY glad we went with Tile 4 Less and would 100% recommend them to everyone. We had them completely redo both our master and our guest bathroom, install kitchen granite countertops, backsplash and sink/faucet. There were a couple bad reviews we were leery of, but we can’t imagine how they could have been true. Jeff was easy to contact throughout the whole process, he was on-site as needed, and holds his crew to an impeccable standard. The materials he uses are top notch. Both Jeff and his daughter even helped us with design choices and politely pretended to never get tired of my endless lists of questions and concerns. We did encounter just a couple small issues (what job doesn’t?), but Jeff was easy to talk to about it, made the appropriate corrections, stood by his word and didn’t accept final payment until he knew we were happy. Even months down the road, if something came up, I could reach out and Jeff was there with answers. His crew is all excellent, and by far the cleanest and most respectful and polite crew we have ever had. All members of his team were great, but I have to say that Alberto and Jon stand out as our favorites. Thanks to Tile 4 Less, our 24 year old home looks gorgeous, modern, and even better than when it was built. Thank you to Jeff and to your team!
